Return Policy

  • IGO refund any original condition Dry merchandise with a copy of Original Invoice/Receipt only. Please note that, IGO doesn’t accept return of any Diary product, Produces or Utensils at any circumstances.

  • If it was purchased online, customer has 3 options for return.

    • In Store Return (within 7 days of Delivery)
    • Send it back to IGO’s Standard Return Address (within 14 days of delivery)
    • Send it back at the time of delivery of the same order/next order within 14 days.
  • All refund amount will be offered to the original payment method.

  • IGO return refund policy is completely enforced for any returns. Most of the time, for eligible returns, customer will receive the full refund of the paid amount for particular merchandise. But IGO do not give any commitment regarding the refund amount.

  • It is important to note that, Indian Grocery Outlet holds all rights to refuse any returned merchandise due to any unavoidable conditions.

In Store Return:

  • Customer can return eligible merchandise in-store no later than 7 days of delivery.

  • Customer can walk-in store with Original Sales Receipt to get a full refund of any return eligible merchandise.

  • Amount of the return will be credited to the same form of payment.

Send it back to IGO’s Standard Return Address:

  • Customer can send return eligible merchandise back to our Standard Shipping address as follow:

  • All return shipment must attached with “Original Receipt (Copy of Original Receipt is also accepted)” and “Return Request Form”. Shipment without Original Receipt or Return Request Form may cause into delayed return process. You can download Return Request Form by clicking here.

  • Customer will be responsible for return shipping cost.

  • Once IGO receives returning shipment from the customer on above mentioned address, IGO will acknowledge the customer via email or telephone. It would take couple of days to process the return. After receiving return, IGO will review the returned merchandise condition and after approval of refund, eligible amount will be credited to the original payment method. At the end of this process, IGO will notify the customer about the status of return and refund.

Send it back at the time of delivery of the same order/next order within 14 days:

  • Indian Grocery Outlet highly recommend checking of merchandise(s) at the door step while delivery. If you are not satisfied with merchandise, you can send return eligible merchandise back with delivery guy, with Original Receipt and filling Return Request Form (It is available with delivery guy also). Once IGO receives your merchandise, it will be processed as a Returned Merchandise and paid amount for particular merchandise will be credit to the same form of payment.

  • Customer can send return eligible merchandise back of order A if your next online order B will be deliver to you within 14 days of the delivery of order A.

  • While sending merchandise back at the time of delivery, don’t forget to attach Original Receipt and Return Request Form. Shipment without Original Receipt or Return Request Form may cause into delayed return process.

Sale Terms

These are terms and conditions are applied when you purchase any product(s) and/or merchandise(s) from www.orderIGO.com website owned by Indian Grocery Outlet located at 180 Talmadge Rd, Edison, NJ 08817. If you are placing an order for merchandise and no less than one (atleast one) of the accompanying circumstances applies to you, then you are affirming your acknowledgement of and consent to be bound by these Sale Terms: (i) You placed an order using ORDERIGO.COM (desktop or mobile); (ii) You placed an order to use our "Pickup from the Store" facility; (iii) You requested an order via telephone.

Order And Approval

If you have submitted your request through the ORDERIGO W ebsite, after IGO gets your request, you will get an email from IGO affirming receipt of your request (generally in one minute). If you don't get an email from IGO affirming receipt of a request that you put, then please contact the IGO Customer Service vi a telephone at +1 - 732 - 393 - 9200 or via email at info @orderigo.com before you attempt to submit another request with the same items. Please note that, due to automated system, acknowledge email from IGO does not guarantee the acceptance of your order a t IGO.

  • IGO is not esteemed to have acknowledged any piece of your request until the asked merchandise has been delivered and IGO has sent a Shipment Confirmation Email or a "Ready for Pickup" Email.

  • If IGO rejects your request because of any error in evaluating pricing and/or other data about the merchandise, then IGO will contact you at the email address that you have given or via telephone. Once the mistake has been revised, IGO will ask you to re - s ubmit your request to buy the significant merchandise. On the off chance, if IGO has informed you that your request has been acknowledged by sending you a Confirmation Email or a "Ready for Pickup" Email, then you won't be required to pay a value that is m ore noteworthy than the value that was shown on the website at the time you place your order. If IGO has circulated stock that is different than the description as showed on the IGO Website at the time you placed an order, then you may ask request for RETU RN OR AN EXCHANGE.   • Even though, it is not likely to happen that IGO will deny your order, IGO holds all rights to deny any order for any reason, including the following situations

    1. Error in Payment, Billing and/or Shipping Information

      Some orders cannot be processed due to mistaken information customer has provided, which includes, but not limited:

      • Incorrect Credit or Debit Card Number, Expiration Date and/or Card Veri fication Value(CVV).
      • All other incorrect information regarding payment types.
      • Incorrectness/Insufficiency/Inconsistency between provided billing information to IGO and the same person's billing information which his/her financial institute holds.
      • Incorrect/Insufficient shipping address details.
      • Suspected Fraud Information

    2. Unavailability of Merchandise

      If an item becomes unavailable and/or if there is any error on the IGO Website regarding to the order, then IGO may cancel any order and will make you aware about particular situation using email or telephone service.

    3. Reshipping/Resale of Merchandise

      Sales policy of Indian Grocery Outlet do not allow any Reshipping or Reselling of any merchandise in any way. Any suspected resale of merchandise for personal and/or business profit is strictly under the enforcement of prohibition.

Prices and Payments by Credit/Debit Card
  • Indian Grocery Outlet holds all rights to change the pr ice of any merchandise at any time. After confirmation of an order, IGO won't alter any price increase or decrease.

  • While requesting for payment using Credit Card, IGO reserves all rights to request additional evidence of billing information of a card holder.

  • All payments made using Debit Card, will be processed in the form of Credit Card.

  • The Credit/Debit Card charge to IGO will be displayed on your card statement as "INDIAN GROCERIES OUTLE EDISON NJ".

  • IGO will prosecute any fraud activity related to a valid charge for an order filed and delivery to the custo mer, at full extent of the law.
